If you paid through your PayPal account, then you will have a PayPal transaction. If you paid directly with a credit card not linked to your PayPal account, then you paid as a guest and it is not in your PayPal account. In that case you must phone PayPal support to file a dispute. You could also dispute directly with your credit card.
