Hello- I recently purchased an item through eBay and used PayPal to pay for it. I never received the item due to the mix-up on the sellers part as he never mailed it. Due to the back and forth between me and the seller of promising to mail it, I missed the eBay Money Back Gurantee by 1 day. I am now trying to get a refund and again the seller has not been responsive. I used a linked Credit Card on my PayPal account to pay for the item and noticed the transaction does not show up on my Completed summery, but has shown up in my Credit Card statment. Am I still covered through PayPal Purchase Protection or should I go through my Credit Card company and dispute the transaction? Thank you in advance!
