My first charge was 12 pounds late payment for a 20 pound debt a bit excessive considering i thought i was direct debit the most worrying thing sent the letter to my old address which i moved away from 3 months ago and have updated my details the same day so why my old address this is the one i set up with the same address as my card and please dont make me wait 12 minutes to answer the phone had to hang up dissapointed.
