There's nothing you can do once you have shipped out the package. You should have checked the payment through PayPal on your Desktop computer. The transaction will usually tell you if it was pending and it will tell you not to ship it out yet until the payment has cleared.   I would honestly call PayPal for a better answer, but in my opinion, you lost your item for good. ... I agree that the phone app of PayPal does not have sufficient information. It's pretty sadpepe. Unfortunately, there's probably nothing you can do now since it's in the hands of the scammer. Just be sure to double-check or even better triple-check before you send anything out. ... View more

I have the same issue. After calling PayPal credit told me they have some kind of issue with their refund processing. They forwarded my account over to their ticket team or something and assured me it would be fixed by next week.   However, I had a refund that was done September 11 and literally reflected my PayPal credit after 24 hours.
