I made a purchase on September 3rd and got a refund completed on September 5th. It's now September 14th and I still don't see it reflected on my PayPal Credit for the balance to zero out. However, There was a recent purchase that was refunded a day after and it was reflected on my PayPal Credit about 24 hours. Why is that? It's just out of curiosity why it's taking a while for some transactions.
Called PayPal credit and they told me this is an issue not just for me, but has been an issue from their refund processing. The representative forwarded my account to their ticket team and hopefully they will resolve it by next week? Not quite too sure, but that's pretty odd.
