Hello everyone, I need your help. I was sold a HTC Desire 820G+ on 16th March 2017. I enquired about a problem with the memory card shortly after receiveing the item as the phone reacted like a refurbished phone. I was told the phone, ""...was a brand new untouch phone direct from HTC. It wasnt refurbished at all." However, more recently, I have had other issues develop, such as videos not playing and camera not working. HTC offer a 12 month warranty, so I yesterday I contacted HTC to book it in for repair. Given that I bought the phone new, the warranty should run until 16th March 2018. However upon checking the IMEI number HTC said the following, "It's out of warranty, shipping country is Hong Kong, warranty was valid for 1 year, ended back in May 2017...The device isn't UK device, and it's not stating on the system which model is it." I am obviously furious I have been sold a stolen/refurbished/counterfit phone. How can I go about resolving the issue? Thanks in advance. Matthew
