One of my subscriptions failed multiple times, not sure why PayPal didn't use backup payment method but I got an email saying it had failed several times. We had fraud recently and updated our card. I added the new card, but how can I re-run that charge..? Or will I have to cancel the subscription and renew it through the company (it was an AstraWeb subscription) Thanks in advance.
