Yes I think everyone knows that eBay owns PayPal and yes you are right they are getting money anyways and you are right about them wanting you to go away I think they are doing this to **bleep** everyone and make a profit the STUPID CEO of eBay and PayPal's Ceo are talking and I think they want to **bleep** everyone so I think the founder of eBay should hire new peopleand FIRE them because they are not making anyone happy and this is one of the reasons I do not sell on eBay that much due to the fact that my account has been hacked 10 times and has gotten auctions where I do not even own the items selling like 6 of everything and I do not know why I would own 6 of the same thing which cost so much money for each one and put them under my name.. eBay does not handle hackers very well..   I am just about to close eBay for good i have found ebid.net a better site which you can sell for Free and only get charged if your item sells that is a great deal! Well if you email the buyer to leave you a feedback they never do, I have it setup where if they do not leave a feedback after a certain amount of days it will automatically send them a email but I think they don't want to leave one and they delete the email that they receive from me so I gave up ebay and paypal has nothing to do with feedbacks all they will say is have you tried emailing them? that's all. I am going to start selling on ebay again but I will not accept paypal I am gonna tell the buyers to email me on what option they can use to send the payment and that will be Google Checkout. Yes you right but you need to get the right attorney that deals with eBay and PayPal. Since PayPal has scammed over 1 million people I think they wanted to do this so they could go out of business which I assume they will soon I rather use Google CheckoutI use it all the time and get money fast and easy I use eBid the #1 site now that has millions of eBay members on there. Well there is another auction site that is way better then eBay they actually let sellers sell for Free and only pay if the item sells they do accept PayPal but they preferre another company which I have and I do sell on there and I am actually selling alot more then eBay and sold more in a week then eBay you will have to yahoo search it to find the auction site since I cannot say what it is here. because PayPal will remove it ... Well there is another company called eBid yahoo search them and you will find them better and they do not cost a thing to list unless the item sells which is awsome I have sold over 5,000 until someone hacked my account and closed it so now I have to start over ... View more

I know your situation with PayPal holding the fund that is why if i were to sell on eBay I will NOT send the item until the item clears but I do not accept PayPal for my items I sell on eBay I only accept Money Orders or Google Checkout to use to pay for myu items I sell on eBay I do not care what PayPal or eBay says I do what I want and when I want..
