There is unauthorized payment get charged on my paypal account. I tried to call paypal resolution center several times but they put me on hold forever and no one ever answer the phone. I filed a claim online in the resolution center and they reject my claim by saying not enough information has been provided and request me to file a claim online in the resolution center, which obviously I already did. I tried to call and email the resolution center, no one ever respond. I start to suspect if there is really a human employee in the claim department. I tried to file the claim again online in the resolution center but the system rejected my request. Paypal is just trying to discourage any claim by simply 'no response'. Do not believe in the marketing language that paypal cares about the security of your fund. Paypal obviously doesn't care about your lose and their own reputation. I am gonna to file an insurance claim instead.
