I filed a claim for a purchased item not arrving / lost in transit. Paypal seemed to have ruled in my favor, as I recieved an email stating; "We have concluded our investigation into your case and have decided in your favor. We were able to recover $60.00 USD and this amount has been credited to you. Please allow five business days for this adjustment to be posted." The Refund on my account also shows +60 and completed, yet when I take a look at the resolution center I see this; "Status After careful consideration, we're unable to decide this claim in your favor at this time." Does that mean they have changed there original decision ? I am cunfused as to what is going on here.
