PayPal stole my money!

Hello there,   my account access has been limited first thing this year, because I did placed multiple cases against a seller who didn't deliver my orders, and I thought that was awful! but I didn't say anything back then as PayPal said to me they will send me my frozen balance after 180 days (It has been more than that now), my balance is ($2,756) so it's not easy thing to anyone to lose this amount of money.   However, after the mentioned period, no one contacted me while the did promise to did, but not a big deal as I were able to contact them, but it's just like contacting a robot, as they can't even understand that I am from Kuwait, which means withdrawing money to Prepaid, Debit, Credit cards isn't allowed from PayPal at this moment and the only option is withdrawing the money to US bank account, which is something that I don't have and not able to have, so I called the phone support (The human version of PayPal support) and they said to me it's not a big deal and we will be able to send the money into another PayPal account (Like a friend) for me. The support agent told me don't call us again as it may results in blocking the case from being solved, so I didn't and I waited their email which is this: https://gyazo.com/cda5701cd8184418957c13749f15df54 ^ Which means the support agent didn't get me when I did said it has been more than 180 days. 🙂 So I replied to him explaining it has been more than 18- days and he did respond with that: https://gyazo.com/af7238d95c23445bc5d62cfd35980c19 ^ Which means the support agent didn't get me when I did said I am from Kuwait and the US bank option isn't available, and the CC as mentioned above. He ignored the part where he did said he will send the money to another PayPal account and contacting them is useless as you see just like that there is a one agent who is replying more than 1 million message and want to complete them ASAP.   This is totally unprofessional from a company in this size!   What do you suggest me to do in this case? ... Hello everyone, hope I reached you very well. First of all let me start this from first point, which is placing multiple cases on a seller who did offer great end of the year offers and did not deliver any of them to me, so I just reached him by PayPal resolution center in order to track my items but he didn't respond to any of my messages for more than 7 days, I escalated the cases to PayPal which is the only option as you all see. PayPal sent an email after couple of days with a great subject which is (Your PayPal account has been limited) and when I opened the email I find that the reason is (due to an excessive number of reversed transactions.) which made me start searching in PayPal terms where is the section that they mention this about? And what about the buyer protection that they made this whole service for? Because PayPal without buyer protection is just like Visa but Visa is accepted all over the world instead of some countries like PayPal and have great buyer protection who don't close cards for this reason. Let we put everything beside and mention one thing now, which is I am a user of PayPal since more than 4 years and I started my business with them and get my account verified in order to have all features I need. PayPal have take  a final decision and close my account forever and take off my money for 180 days and decline all of my cases and refund the money to the seller who didn’t deliver anything and do not offer me PayPal service again. Is that what PayPal do now? Illegal actions? If I placed a case that PayPal think I abused it can’t PayPal just close the case? Or contact me first to find a solutions directly with the seller instead of losing my account? Am I right here guys or not? Because I think no one should use PayPal anymore and I won’t suggest any of my friends to use it after this problem that I have been through. What I have lost in this case it’s not only money, I lost a lot of customers from my site who didn’t be able to pay me for my service because PayPal isn’t option on my site anymore. Money on hold for wrong reason

Hello there, I have received my monthly service fees from some of my customers, and this is not the first time, but usually I am able to use the money on the same time because I am doing online business and I have online bills to pay. However, yesterday it's the first time my money is on hold from two customers and I am shocked that the reason is eBay and PayPal is treating me like I am eBay seller but in fact I am not and I did receive my money online and I don't have an eBay account or did receive the money from eBay at all. So why my money is on hold? I can't in some case's by all the bills that i suppose to pay for my customer to keep up my online dedicated service that have nothing to do with eBay?
