Hello there,
my account access has been limited first thing this year, because I did placed multiple cases against a seller who didn't deliver my orders, and I thought that was awful! but I didn't say anything back then as PayPal said to me they will send me my frozen balance after 180 days (It has been more than that now), my balance is ($2,756) so it's not easy thing to anyone to lose this amount of money.
However, after the mentioned period, no one contacted me while the did promise to did, but not a big deal as I were able to contact them, but it's just like contacting a robot, as they can't even understand that I am from Kuwait, which means withdrawing money to Prepaid, Debit, Credit cards isn't allowed from PayPal at this moment and the only option is withdrawing the money to US bank account, which is something that I don't have and not able to have, so I called the phone support (The human version of PayPal support) and they said to me it's not a big deal and we will be able to send the money into another PayPal account (Like a friend) for me. The support agent told me don't call us again as it may results in blocking the case from being solved, so I didn't and I waited their email which is this:

^ Which means the support agent didn't get me when I did said it has been more than 180 days. 🙂 So I replied to him explaining it has been more than 18- days and he did respond with that:

^ Which means the support agent didn't get me when I did said I am from Kuwait and the US bank option isn't available, and the CC as mentioned above. He ignored the part where he did said he will send the money to another PayPal account and contacting them is useless as you see just like that there is a one agent who is replying more than 1 million message and want to complete them ASAP.
This is totally unprofessional from a company in this size!
What do you suggest me to do in this case?
