Hi EnidColeslaw ,   Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.   All you would need to do in this case is give us a call. On the phone we can manually confirm security information with you to get around this additional check. Once you are in you can then update the account information so it doesn't happen again. You will find our toll free number by clicking 'Help & Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Choose to contact us by phone and then continue as a guest.   I hope this helps. Rachael ...
