I finally received a message from paypal saying that I would not get a 1099K for 2021 because I didn't meet the income amount + number of payments threshhold. This is not true, I literally sat down and counted my transactions to make sure. I had well over 200. The message was a "do not reply to this message" type deal, so no help there. I finally did my taxes using my year-end summary. Hopefully that won't become a problem.

Still nothing. I called Paypal and asked them to send me the form via snail mail - haven't received that either. This is ridiculous. I guess all we can do is go off the annual statement, and possibly get dinged by the IRS later if it doesn't match what was reported from paypal to them. It has been well over a month that they have been "working on this problem".

Nope, still no luck. It's March now. What are we supposed to do about filing our taxes? We could use the numbers on the annual report statement as a guideline, but that might be different from what paypal is reporting to the IRS, and I don't want to get in trouble that way. Has anyone received a 1099k in the mail at all? One of the paypal employees mentioned that somewhere.

I'm curious if anyone has received their 2021 1099k at this point? I am checking every day and nothing. Customer service only says they're "working on the problem". It has been almost 3 weeks. Has anyone found any other tricks to access the file? The link that another user mentioned did not work for me. Honestly I'm just going to keep posting about this issue until it gets fixed. Paypal, people need to file their taxes.

Yes, I check there every day in hopes that it updated. Thank you, though! The only explanation other than a glitch that I can think of is that I somehow received 199 payments or something instead of 200. I guess I'll have to count them.

Sadly, this didn't work for me. Both links take me to the same page, and there is only one 2020 form available, which was last updated in January 2021, so that can't be it. I hope they fix this soon...
