I have had PayPal for years, and she didn't send it as a seller or buyer invoice. She sent it the same way as she always does each month and the transfer is immediately available. I was sent another response from PayPal this time a supervisor as I requested in my previous correspondence with them who apologized that the reps before answering me as if i were a seller or buyer, and they were incorrect with what they were telling me. She said there had been an issue because the sender had forgot their password and got locked out of their acct, and needed assistance to reset it, and because of that and doing a transaction immediately the transaction was flagged and she was releasing the funds now and they will be posted by tomorrow.
