I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever today. I called Customer Service at 2 pm and was given the option to recieve a call back. The recording said I would receive a call back within 1-2 hours. After 3 hours I called again, and was put in an endless hold. I finally got a call back at 6:20 pm. More than 4 hours after I was told I would be called back. The excuse was that they had high call volume. Why on Earth would a company the size of Paypal, owned by a company the size of Ebay delete their online chat? That was a seriously BAD idea. If the online chat had been available, I could have gotten the issue resolved much sooner, and would not have been so COMPLETELY frustrated. Come on Paypal, up your game.
