I am in situation where client is harrasing me very badly and now I don't know what to do?
2 month ago, client came for SEO and website changes, I made website changes within 2 days, however SEO may take upto 4-5 months for good results. Without any discussion, she claimed the money. I responded in resolution center with proof as we exchange lot of emails and I have sent a contract which includes terms about payment and performance.
I contacted her and she want to include a third party in this. Some local IT folks coming into the picture. I denied further discussion as she already claim and the money is on hold for now.
Now she is harassing with "I let Paypal know of your plans to sabotage my website" (I don't have any). Also she is very much confident that she will win the claim as American express is handling it. I know AE is very big company and I am really afraid.
What if she submit false complain to Paypal about sabotage? Is Paypal gives a favor to all cases American express handling? As per contact, we never refund the money do I need to pay her?
