I talked with a seller about purchasing a bumperat a buy it now price and i would pick it up. He agreeded i used pay pal credit to make this purchase yesterday. Today i messaged seller and ask if i could cancel the order since it hasnt been shipped. I explained i didnt need it i had sold the truck as is the same evening i had ordered bumper. And i would gladley pay a restocking fee for any inconvience. He replys about a hour later says ther is no refunds they would hold it for 2 weeks no extra charge for me to pick it up he also stateded that pay pal had not paid yet. As im reading his reply i get a notifcation that payment has been made to seller. How convient lol . so i look at details i notice it says free shipping and has been listed paid but not shipped. I just cant help but think yhis guy is playing dirty pool with me. I feel like i made a more than reasonable request no harm no foul situation and he is all about the sell. Do i ? Can i? Play dirty poll with him? Is he required to ship item free now as it is listed? Can and do i get pay pal involved to get refund if thats even possiable. I can go pickup the bumper it wilk be a inconvenice and to add i dont need it now or what? I would glady take it if they would shio it as well. I just feel like i wasnt be unreasonable and that they maid sure they were paid before they answered back. Feels like a very unprofessional to me. So do i be unprofessioal to a extent and trun get refund or get it shipped his cost or just duct my head and take it like so many times before with greedy selfish poeple that makr up our society.
