Dear people, The item was not as described: a) the model number is different; b) the country of manufacturing is not USA as advertised. I proved this facts to PayPal with pictures of the item but they preferred to support the bad seller. Results: I have to keep and item of $299.00 that I can't use. and I owe that amount of money to PayPal Credit. The reasons of PayPal to gang up with this scammer are as follows: "We have received a response from the merchant and we've also reviewed all the details of your case. Based on the merchant’s response and the information we have to date, we have to deny your case. This decision was made because we have found no evidence that the item was misrepresented" I wish something has to be done. Sincerely, Victor

I've using PayPal for fourteenth years and always considered it a beacon of ethics on online small business. Lately, it is not longer what it used to be. the representatives over the phone tell lies. They "agree" with you and tell you that they will reopen your case for item not received after they close it when the seller finally send a wrong item. After two phone calls with two different representatives that agreed with my claim, I do not see any info of my case in the resolution center. AND I AM LOSING $299.00 WITH A SCAM SELLER.

Dear friend, I really appreciated your suggestion and did what you suggested by talking to a PayPal representative. He seemed eager to help me to get a refund and return of wrong item, and also said that the case was going to be open with the same case number; however, I don't see any information about this case or other type of communication regarding my refund. this is disappointing. Sincerely, Carlos
