When you sell on eBay, you will complete your profile information and there somewhere on that page it should have your seller info/profile info. It will ask you there on that page your paypal/email address, so they know where to put the $$. I don't know about facebk, I'd just use the paypal.me link and have someone submit payment like that. I'm sure that if you get adventurous on the pages you are trying to sell from you should be able to find the spots to input your info to collect money as a seller!
