I'm trying to receive a payment from another person. My account doesn't have a bank account or card tied to it, we live in different countries and have different currencies, but I have been able to receive payments from adf.ly in a different currency. The person keeps getting the "We can't send your payment at the moment" error. I'd like to know why I could receive a payment from adf.ly, but not from this person. Thanks!
