So in short, I sent payments, for digital goods, and the thing is I had made 3 transactions, now with these, I disputed all of them using the "other" option, The first case settled in my favor, the second is pending, but the third for some reason asked for shipping info while the first had not, and i had to close the case because it dealt with online goods and thus the seller wouldnt settle the case as I had to give shipping info. Any help? It wont let me reopen it to dispute again because something went wrong with paypal with that transaction but none of the others, they were all not even a day apart and for the exact same thing but the largest payment of course needed shipping info and couldnt be completed. Would like to talk to someone directly from paypal about this issue because this is complete bs!
