Locked out of my **bleep** account!!

I'm in kuwait working. Trying to pay for some **bleep**ing ebay items I've purchased and these **bleep** at PayPal require a security check. No problem, right? Well they don't offer to verify via email, only cellular which I cant use my primary phone and number here in kuwait. I manage to answer two security questions and change my **bleep**ing password yet I STILL cannot login and pay for my goddamn ebay items. Why the **bleep** can I not verify by email? Why wouldn't I have the option to use my credit card when sending a manual payment? Igt says it used the credit card as backup but auctomatically chose my bank account, didn't have a choice like I do when I buy items through ebay. Why is this? ... View more

Cannot pay invoice to American PayPal from my Cana...

I've been invoiced for $300 for a non-rbay related item. Both the seller and I have called into PayPal several times and gotten nowhere. My registered account address is confirmed and verified with no restrictions and his account has been modified by support to accept international payments. Yet when I attempt, it keeps telling me the sellers account currently cannot accept international payments. I've tried sending manual payment as well and sending as a gift to family etc. Nothing works and support says it should work. The support agent did say at the very end of our conversation that if the seller has a PO box registered and not a physical address this will trip security and disallow the payment. I'm waiting to hear back from the seller if this is the case but can someone can confirm this? We've spent hours trying to get this to work and we're ready to give up. Thanks!!! ... View more
