Hi I recently ordered something via PayPal with no money in my account with the intention of adding it in a second, however I didn't not realise I hadn't confirmed my new card, I have done so since then and added the 4 digit code tonight however it will not allow me to make my new card primary and my old one still is which now is cancelled with the bank , any help ?
