New card

Hi I recently ordered something via PayPal with no money in my account with the intention of adding it in a second, however I didn't not realise I hadn't confirmed my new card, I have done so since then and added the 4 digit code tonight however it will not allow me to make my new card primary and my old one still is which now is cancelled with the bank , any help ? Thanks

Firstly in relation to the payment you have already sent, in order to make a payment you should have the money available at the time. If you don't have money in your PayPal account we will use your card or a confirmed bank account to collect the payment.
