Hello , I have a problem, I have received 200$ as a donation through youcaring site, I tried to withdraw it on my bank account but it couldn't work out due to the location (Im from Rwanda east Africa and we ain't allowed to withdraw funds nor add nor receive it using PayPal ) after a month (0n 1st September / 2017)money returned back to my PayPal account (192.40$) I try to refund them back but it can't work out .it has been 7 months and nothing changes. They took fees of 7.60$ but due to my location I can't be able to add them cz of my location (192.40$ 8 have to add 7.60$) what can I do? ... View more

Hi , friends my names <removed> from Rwanda central Africa , , please give me some advice . I have got a donation of 200usd , I tried to withdraw them and it has been councelled because we don't receive funds from people in my country . .. after amonth the Money of 192usd returned back to paypal and I think 8usd paypal took it as fees....my donor want me to refund them to him , but paypal is saying that I cant refund the money right now due to that I don't have sufficient money on paypal and it will work out after 180days . ..is this really the service paypal give people ? What should I do for this , is this paypal really or a scam ? How can it tell me that I will refund the money to my donor after 6 months . ....This is so bad service and im done with this paypal . ...Please if any advice help me because I want leave this distress of paypal ... Hi,this is florence <removed> from Rwanda East Africa , someone was donate me 200usd (in you caring . Com )but I tried to withdraw it to my bank account but it didn't work out because in my country we cant receive fund to paypal . I want to refund the money to my donor but it is not working . ...They are telling me that I don't have insufficient fund to my PayPal , I may have to add another another fund in order to refund them . ...im trying to add the fund ,they are also asking me the routing number and some distress full I can't get because of where I live . ...how should I refund this money to my donor as I want to close this paypal account of mine because it distress me and I'm done of it . ...Please help me I begg you . Hi, I'm florence tuyishime from Rwanda central Africa , I have the problem , my money transaction has been denied , and they ask me to add zipcode and state of my country (rwanda ) but in my country we don't use zipcode or post code and also my country was not mentioned in list ..... so what can I do so that I get my donation money ? Hi , In fact I'm from Rwanda in central Africa , my problem is that to withdraw money from paypal to my credit card , it's not possible . ...on paypal they ask me to complete my details like , state , zipcode etc so that they can resolve my problem , but in my country we don't use zipcode or post code and my also my state also is not listed , I already transferred my money(the money was a donation of my supporter from usa) from paypal to my credit card but it said my transaction declined and it denied....I was made a mistake because I choosed zipcode from an other country and a state which is not mine , so I didn't know it will cause some problems to withdraw money . ..Please help me what I can do ?
