I received damaged goods, which I have returned (and the seller has received), but I supplied paypay with an incorrect (by one digit) tracking number. Now I know the seller has got the damaged goods, but I don't know if paypal know and I'm unable to get in to the case file to alter the tracking number. Do I actually need to do this? How long should a refund take? Should I, or paypal be chasing this?
