So i've read that you can cash a check using the paypal mobile app, however after logging in hitting the "more" option, I dont see anything about cashing a check. Only get cash/add cash, etc, etc. Is there something I need to do to be able to cash a check via paypal? ... View more

So I have $80 in paypal balance, and i'm trying to buy a amazon gift card from paypal (www.paypal.com/Buy/Online‎) and I was able to do it yesterday, but today i'm getting the error   "Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay."   anyone have a clue why, and how i can resolve it?   *NOTE* I paid with paypal balance yesterday and it worked ...
