I have the same problem. I'm totally sick of it. I have written to them at least 4 times and there is always a message back to say it will be dealt with... but never has. Now I see I'm not the only one. There is a complete lack of logic in this situation, and especially a lack of respect that PayPal never reacts to these comments. I wonder if we should send abusive messages to get a reaction... but that is against my values - I have more respect than they do. Anyone reading this?????
