Hello all. I wonder if anyone can help and advise me on something. Regarding an item I just sold on eBay. I have already just raised a complaint against this buyer to PayPal for the last item I sold on eBay. My iPhone 6, 16GB, Rose Gold, Unlocked. I have sold the phone to them, and received the payment. But the funds have been withheld until they received it and some time after or something. Anyway, first the buyer has opened a return request for "Doesn't match description or photos". But that's not true as the item exactly matches the photos and description! I included full res photos of it and explained about the condition of the phone very clearly in the auction description. Now the buyer has opened another return request for "Doesn't match description or photos". But again, the item PERFECTLY matches the photos! They had ample time to check the photos out BEFORE they bid on my auction. And they could have even asked me to send them more. But they never. Now they are using some flimsy excuse to send the phone back to me. Saying "I don't want to squeeze the phone when I use it". To which I asked, why on earth would you need to squeeze it? What a strange thing to say! I have already had a non-paying-winning-bidder (their excuse? Oh sorry I have already purchased one now so don't need this anymore). on this phone and had to relist it AGAIN. I only sold it to make some money and now I have to get the phone back again and relist it all over AGAIN? Sorry, but they have purchased a used mobile phone here (about 2 years old) so obviously it's not going to be in factory mint condition! I really don't know what their issue is. Why buy a used phone and then decide to return it? Sorry but there is something VERY fishy going on here! I don't see why I should accept a return for this item when the item description explains the phone condition in full and there are 4 high res photos showing the phone from every angle. I'm sorry but the buyers reason (which I'm not even entirely sure of) is not an adequate reason to ask to return it. What can I do here? Thanks. Lynne.
