Hi, sorry if in wrong category, feel free to move it if it's possible i've never done this before. 2 months ago i emailed Eurostar asking if i could have a refund or extend the date of E- voucher as i won't be travelling in 2021. They replied yesterday saying i can have a refund. They said there were problems with refunding paypal and they had to do it manually and i will receive it within 5 working days. So today i had an email saying i will have the refund within 10 working days, then less than 10 minutes later another email from someone dealing with my case saying they couldn't process it as i had already contacted paypal about the refund. The problem is, i haven't contacted paypal at all- until now. They said i need to contact paypal about getting a refund. I'm confused because now they cancelled my E-vouchers and they said i've opened a dispute (not true) and they can't help me. I used the paypal message service earlier and i haven't had a reply. Can a dispute be opened without me knowing, theres no evidence of a case on my account? I bought the Eurostar tickets in 2019. Should i ring instead to see what is actually going on? Anyone have any idea why i have this problem? I've been refunded through paypal countless times without any problems.
