Thanks but I saw this post in one of the Paypal policy webpages (https://www.paypal.com/uk/webapps/mpp/security/ebay-payments-learn-more) It stated: Typically you will get access to your funds within 21 days, and possibly even sooner: A) If you print postage labels through eBay or PayPal or use another carrier who provides tracking information and manually enter delivery tracking information on eBay funds will be available three days after the latest estimated delivery date. B) If you mark the item as dispatched but don’t upload tracking information, funds should be available seven days after your latest estimated delivery date. Or C) If you don’t provide tracking information or mark the item as dispatched, funds will be available in 21 days. So which is right? Am I eligible for the release after 7 days from ETA date? You haven't explained things clearly. But from my experience, you either have to use another payment method (bank account or card) or you may need to verify your PayPal account by adding a bank account to it.    In addition, you can try to send the payment later in 1/2 hours. If none of this works, then you would need to contact Paypal to help you.   P.S. check if your account has been limited, by viewing your resolution center status. Limitation prevents payments from occurring. ... View more

Nope! Once your account is limited, you can't change any information, including your registered addresses, phone numbers, and name. Your friend's information such as government ID and proof of address is needed to verify the account and remove the limitation. ... View more

Usually, this happens when you re-send confirmation codes too many times to your bank. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and attempting this action in 2 hours. If still the same result, then you may need to call Paypal to help you confirm your account. It is recomended to use a current account, rather than saving accounts as sometimes they may not be accepted/or you may incur some issues such as no codes on your statement.     ... View more

You would need to call PayPal and go through their verification process to gain access back into your account. Make sure you know your security answers (if you have any) and any other personal information you have such as credit card numbers. Make sure to update your phone number once your back in to! ...
