Unless you send him a payment request but the paypal system will pick that up as a goods and service payment so i would say not to do that.   He should really just click on refund on his side, Its that easy. Hey @m_a_r_s_22   There isnt really a way to request a refund unless you do a payment request but that just like requesting a payment (You could be chraged a selling fee on that even tho you are not selling) What i think he/she might be saying is to open a dispute, If its on ebay you can open a return request. If they payment was made via a different selling website you might have to open a dispute.   In saying that the seller should be able to press the refund button on the bottom of the transaction on their account to issue the refund to you. ... But if you have a Business account you can apply for whats knows as Merchant Fees.    Scroll down the bottom and go to fees. click 'Selling with PayPal' and click based on total sales volume   This will show you the merchant fee rate.   🙂 ... Hey Jon,   When you mean you see refunds do you mean that you can see the money been sent back to your bank account? If PayPal go to retake the money in a few days and is denied again they will then chrage the back up funding (Card) If you dont have a back up card on file your account will get into a negative balance. You will be able to pay the neg balance when you can. ... View more
