So, I sold someone something for 70 bucks. They paid to my paypal so I didn't think nothing of it and directly transfered the money to my bank account. The buyer asked for a refund and I agreed. I waiting for the item to ship (its here). Now my paypal account says -70.00 dollars. So, I transfered the 70.00 dollars thinking it would go to the buyer from my and now it says 0.00 dollars with no transactions. How do I know I just didn't lose 140 just now? i have a payment pending. it says it will hold my money for 21 days or less depending on my ebay feedback. what if i get a bad feedback? do they keep my money and my item? i have a 100% feedback and i do not want to ship my item until i get my payment i dont feel comfortable...please help me? ...
