Hi, i mistakenly sent funds to my Son without using the friends and family option, this money is now being held as pending, after making inquireries I found this money will be held for 21 days, the payment shows, sent, at 6.25 am 30th May, it is now the 23rd of June and the money is still pending ? how can I resolve this and what is the issue now as it is obviously past the 21 days ?

Hi, as I ended up using PayPal from my mobile App for the first time I can't be certain, why would this make a difference anyway ? If I was using it as a merchant for example I would be more unhappy that a payment was being withheld / pending as it would effect my business. thanks

I have sent money to my son using the friends and family option with PayPal before with no problems, I have recently sent some more money, this time using my mobile app version and the money has been held as pending, I have made two attempts to contact PayPal for an explanation with no reply even though it says your customer enquiry will be answered in 24 hours, how long will these funds be held "Pending" and for what reason, can anybody help as it would appear PayPal have no Customer Care standards.
