Hi all need help big time here goes i bought what i thought was i pd 2nd gen ear phones marke apple brand new however when i got them they had ear wax chocolate over them not even sure they were apple contacted seller he accused me off sabotaging them totally false any way i posted them back first class recorded after 5 days he sent me an email these are not what i orginally sent you total scammer i have bought off and sold on ebay for years 400 good reviews this was his first i really want to keep my 100% feedback but what can i do i escalated a claim from paypal this is the first time i have been in this stressfull situation also the package he sent the so call ear phones in was poor and just had a first class stamp on it i know if i was sending £120 ear pods i would be sending with a bit more thought ie tracking at least i have kept packaging but i know that i am being done up like a kipper please any tips off what to do i tried to sort it out with the seller but it was going nowhere so i took it up with paypay
