Right, Except the longer PP holds your money the more they make, simple financial business. In the meantime I know have to enter the shipping details in two places because my customers expect to find the details in their account in my online store. If I enter it in two places it will only confuse the issue, particularly because I often deal with schools and churches which means dealing with multiple people. It looks to me like the real reason PP is holding up our payments is so they can sit on our money longer. I use my online store system to notify customers when their order is filled/shipped (and yes, I provide them with the shipping details). Now I have to come and do the same thing in my PP account! ... My customers are getting the following message on my live store... "Unable to authorize payment: This transaction cannot be processed. The merchant's account is not able to process transactions. Someone keeps ordering single caster cups from my online store. They've done it 8 times so far, always using a different name and invalid email, but the same address and phone. The phone number has a history on the Internet of being associated with shady characters. I know they are scamming, I even had a woman call and ask why a $19.21 charge showed up on her card when she never ordered anything from me. Anything I can do to shut this scammer out?   ...
