It´s the only one I have on my cases and it was closed by Paypal without any justification. Meanwhile the merchant is trying not to send any information on how to send the product back and is trying to convince me to accept losing 60% of the product value to keep it ... which means they are trying to only refund 40%. This is insane because it´s clear the merchant is trying not to refund the money and PayPal doesn´t help me as a client to get the proper refund as the product does not match with what was published and shown.
