No. You can only add money with bank account or with PayPal CASH. You may use gift card to checkout with using the credit/debit card option as PayPal Guest or register a billing address matching your primary address on PayPal to the card on issuer's website and then link the card to PayPal to select gift card as a payment method when logged in to make purchases. The amount on the card needs to be able to cover purchase entirely.
