About month ago someone did a charge back on me. Guy from Europe. I never sent money or received money from anyone in Europe. So they did a chrgeback of 105 dollars on me. They didnt show any proof of payment or anything, they just did a random chargeback on me. So now my paypal is -115.00 and i cant use it.   paypal has **bleep** me off sto bad, so im not even gonna use it anymore.   So my question is, If i go change my bank account, change my debit cards numbers and all, will that paypal -115.00 hunt me in the future?   Paypal is so **bleep** unsecure, i would never tel anyone to use it anymore. I had unothorized transaction on my account. I made a dispute, and after few days, i got this email,   " We have completed our investigation of your case and, as there is insufficient evidence in support of your claim, we have denied your Unauthorized Account Use Claim. If you would like a copy of the documentation that was used in the course of our investigation, please send a letter via mail to:" I dont understand. The person that the money went to had no proof, and didnt even respond to the dispute i made. Is this just a easy way out for paypal to ditch me? What can i do from here?
