Hello, After receiving money from a friend, I've been trying to buy a product off of Walmart.com. I've linked my- Credit Card Bank account I'm on the same computer, same IP address. I'm trying to spend a total of $105.44. I just get this error message "Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay." My preferred payment is indeed my PayPal balance, which has more than enough money to purchase my product I'm trying to receive.

Hi, after being a member of PayPal for a little over six months, I've had this problem happened to me twice, but not as long as this. When I had this problem, I had it for about an hour, or maybe one day. But it's been four days now, and all I may do is purchase on verified places (i.e Google ; Ebay, etc.). I'm trying to pay my buddy $1.85 so he can purchase a microtransaction on "Clash Royale". I have a credit card linked, and it says I am a verified member. Any help will do. Thanks, kbxman12
