Hi there Jhovy.    Welcome to the Community!   I'm sorry to hear of the difficulties that you have been experiencing when trying to send a payment through your PayPal account recently.    Would it be possible for you to try clearing your temporary internet files on the device that you are currently using and then try this on a different web browser to see if that helps?  David. ...
