Hello I have received money on my account from a customer and I have been able before to just transfer any amount needed from PayPal balance to my bank account or my credit card. But now I was not able to do that even though I have waited more than 3 days and updated both my bank account and reconfirmed the already working credit card and still not available to just transfer the money to my bank. I have tried everything right now from adding my account again to try in different times to lowering the amount of transfer to trying the credit card or the bank account. I still get the same declined message "Your transfer could not be completed" What to do?
