Hi, We have this issue now, a buyer bought digital epins from us and its all okay before xmas and new year then after a week last January 6, he filed dispute for unauthorized access in all his orders he bought about 12,000php worth of digital epins, now our money is held.... but we have recorded all his order and successfully sent the epins to him that he bought via our website tracking and we responded to paypal disputes and gave those transactions tracking numbers to them... is it possible that we will win in the disputes? Because that is too much 11,000php = 220$ 😞 anyone encountered problem like this? PLease help...
