Call and email PayPal, make sure you use the call back function too, the last thing you want is to be on hold for an hour. They should allow you to make a transfer, or at least find a way to get past the error message.

With PayPal policy it appears to be guilty until proven innocent, I'd give them a call and send I'd send a few emails as well. A contact sheet is here: <removed> You could talk to them and tell them that you never received the jewelry back, however I can't guarentee they will listen, but it's worth a shot.

Recently I sold an item on eBay, after shipping it eBay temporarily limited my account. After getting my account reinstated after calling eBay, I noticed that both a sold listing and a PayPal transaction was gone. It was one of the listings eBay removed when they limited my account, however it appears the transaction has disappeared, along with the listing. All records of the listing being sold are gone, outside of an email I received confirming the sale, and I am not positive as to what to do, and it appears that PayPal may have robbed me. I'll give them call and email PayPal and eBay, however any other suggestions would be welcome.

If he's actually paid, the pending just means your money is on hold for 21 days, or 3 days after delivery when you provide a tracking number or if the buyer confirms receipt(if the option is avaliable).

You deserve to be listened to. If you wish to make a complain there's contact information all over this site, from lower customer service representatives to executives in the company it's all here: <removed> Not a virus, the website has a word in the link that PayPal censors so the normal link won't work.

I'm not aware of any way to do this through PayPal, however you can go to your shipping company of choice's website and get a shipping label there.

In spite of what the previous poster said, I've researched them a little bit and they actually have really good reviews(Fun fact: Their customer service reviews destroys PayPal's). What you're seeing is probably a bug or technical issue, I'd suggest you call them and/or PayPal up to get it resolved before filing any dispute or claim. Now, if that fails, of course the only thing you can/should do is file a disbute and get a refund. Here's their phone number: <removed>

At any time you can request a refund, but you only have grounds for it if the seller is late with the shipment. If you're concerned, I'd suggest you message the seller before you do anything else.

This appears to be a technical issue, and it's possible the seller was taken down for some reason. I'd suggest you call PayPal and/or eBay to figure out what's going on. Unless I'm wrong and you've already received the item, you could be due for a refund.
