I bought something 3 months ago, and I did not receive them. I was reading that the timeline to request a refund was 180 days, but when I go to the resolution center and Im about to send the message it gaves me an error "We're sorry, something went wrong. Please try again". In addition when I select "file a paypal claim" it says that already have a refund about this item, thats not true because in the transaction history it doesnt said that What should I do? I cant call them Im from Argentina, is there an email? thx
