A friend of mine recently received invoice for copyrighted photo that he uploaded on his blog. Is it legal to recieve this kind of invoices straight without any warning letter before issuing the invoice? The picture was removed immediately, but the owner still asks for money. If this is normal everybody could directly ask for money from everybody on the net. Correct me if i'm wrong.
