Billing addresses must match, first of all. Whose PayPal account is it? If you are going to use you a credit card that is registered under your grand parent's name, and the site allows you to pay with credit card instead of logging in to PayPal to do it, just pay with credit card without PayPal using the credit card account holder billing address and put your shipping address. Or pay as PayPal Guest or no log in option and enter your grand parent's billing address, card info and your address as shipping address. Do not add the card to your PayPal account. If there are any issues like returns, etc, contact the merchant and follow their store policy.
