I sold a phone on eBay and the funds have been pending the buyer received the phone today. Iwas told to provide delivery and tracking information which I did. I'm being told that the funds won't be available until the 22nd April and then on the PayPal transaction bit it says 8th April so what is it? This is so frustrating as I'm.being told different things. I did what I was told. I need the funds to buy anotjer phone Help.
