Just go ahead and file Item not as described,if EBAY,you have 30 days AND seller pays return shipping. if more than 30 days or non ebay,file with Paypal,you pay return shipping. There is no Singificantly not as descrived,just not as described and robot does not watch movie,picture and read emails,all INAD disputes will be settled by asking buyer to return the item with tracking,once it shows delivered,you get your full payment back.
