Calling eBay isnt going to do anything. You can either report him OR if you call eBay then, they will just document it on his account & report him too. The only people who can do something about this will be the internal team at the corporate office of the president for eBay's headquarters. Keep in mind that the system randomly does inspections on every account & if he continues doing what he doing then, it is considered a bad selling behavior & bad selling practices & most likely when the system puts red flag for that then, the internal will review & investigate & will not want to do business with a seller like that so they will very likely place his account on an indefinite selling restriction. Now, if you want you can call cutsomer service & speak to Trust and Safety department which is open 24/7 & they will document it down for the internal team. Thats the best that YOU & the account specialists can do.
